This intelligent mechanical process drastically reduces peel forces, enabling astonishing print speeds of up to 150 mm/h while simultaneously extending the lifespan of the consumable FEP film.

The COB Light Source + Fresnel Collimating Lens ensures light uniformity exceeding 92% and angular precision that eliminates astigmatism, resulting in sharp, homogeneous surface finishes across the entire build platform.

Its One-Click Automatic Leveling system ensures the build plate is perfectly positioned every time. The integrated Smart Mechanical Sensor acts as a vigilant guardian, providing warnings for resin shortages, leveling failures, and detecting any debris to protect the LCD screen.

AI Monitoring Camera:

Maintain complete control and peace of mind with the built-in AI Intelligent Monitoring Camera.

The integrated AI camera provides real-time monitoring, failure detection (such as empty plates or model warping), and timelapse recording, with the 16K model featuring enhanced LED illumination for visibility in low-light conditions.

Advanced Mechanical Sensor: Automatic detection of residue in the vat and resin shortage alarms protect the LCD screen and ensure work continuity.

Vat Heating  (16K Model Only) : For environmental control, the 16K variant includes smart resin tank heating to maintain approximately 30°C, ensuring optimal viscosity and reducing defects like bubbles or delamination in varying ambient temperatures. Overheat protection pauses operations if the LED exceeds 80°C, enhancing safety.

The resin tank design incorporates dual pour spouts and a replaceable lock, while the flip-up lid allows easy access without occupying additional workspace. The system supports most 405 nm resins, including standard, water-washable, and plant-based types, providing flexibility for different material properties.

The PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) release film is a durable, non-stick liner at the bottom of the resin tank, crucial for the tilt release technology. It facilitates smooth layer separation during printing, extending the printer's lifespan and print quality.

Configuration reminder: Users are advised that the Saturn 4 Ultra is specifically optimized for its standard printing tray. Installing a flexible magnetic plate is incompatible with the device's automatic leveling system and smart sensors, which could compromise accuracy and damage the screen. Use only the original rigid tray.
