3DXTech's THERMAX™ PPSU (1.75mm 250g - Natural) is a polyphenylsulfone filament (PPSF or PPSU), a high-temperature aromatic sulfone polymer.  This polymer has long been considered as one of the best performing polymers in the world of plastics. PPSF has excellent thermal and chemical resistance, making it well suited for demanding applications in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, defense, industrial, medical, and semiconductor fields.

Printing advice for THERMAX™ PPSU


  • Extruder temperature: 360 - 390°C (all-metal extruder)
  • The temperature of the printing plate: 140-160°C
  • Tray preparation: Ultem® tape, polyimide tape, lightly sanded FR4 or Perf. board.
  • Other: No cooling fan, print speeds of 1000mm/min (starting point).  We recommend printing in a heated cabinet or in a warm environment. ​
