The Heart of Innovation: The Vortek Hotend Change System
At the heart of the H2C is the Vortek Hotend Change System. This ingenious system supports six interchangeable, contactlessly connected hotends, allowing you to assign specific filaments. Each hotend contains its own microcircuit handling power, induction heating, and communication. Tool changes take mere seconds, virtually eliminating the need for lengthy and material-costly purge cycles. The result is a drastic reduction in "purge waste," by up to 90% on complex, multi-color models.
Expanded Capabilities and Production Versatility
Thanks to the Vortek system, the H2C can print with up to seven different colors or materials in a single job. When combined with multiple AMS units, this capability expands to the simultaneous use of 24 filaments. The system intelligently manages the assignment of filaments to available hotends, optimizing material consumption. Its core innovation reduces purge waste through dedicated hotends that prevent cross-contamination.

​The H2C liberates you from color limitations. While the Vortek system handles six materials plus one standard hotend for a total of seven in the toolhead, its capability expands dramatically. By connecting multiple AMS units in parallel, the H2C can orchestrate prints utilizing up to 24 different filaments, with its software intelligently managing the entire process to minimize waste.

Each Vortek hotend is equipped with its own memory. The "The Hotend Remembers" technology records the last filament used, allowing the system to automatically suggest its reuse and the appropriate settings for your next project. The smart algorithm assigns filaments to available hotends and further optimizes paths to minimize waste.

connection, this eliminates pin oxidation issues and ensures long-term reliability even after tens of thousands of swaps.
Actively Heated Chamber to 65 °C – Perfect for Engineering-Grade Materials
The H2C's actively heated chamber, which maintains a precisely regulated thermal environment of up to 65 °C through closed-loop control and adaptive airflow, is engineered specifically for the demanding requirements of high-performance engineering-grade materials. This stable, elevated temperature is critical for successfully printing advanced filaments such as PA6-GF, fire-retardant polycarbonate (PC-FR), PET-CF, and TPU, as it effectively minimizes the internal stresses that cause warping, corner lifting, and layer delamination.
By ensuring the entire part remains at a consistent, optimal temperature throughout the printing process, the chamber guarantees exceptional dimensional accuracy and superior layer adhesion, enabling the reliable production of large, complex parts that retain their structural integrity from the first layer to the last.

From filament to final print, the process is entirely automatic. The Vortek system works in perfect harmony with the Automatic Material System (AMS). Filament changes are managed seamlessly without any manual intervention, while the intelligent algorithm calculates the most efficient filament-to-hotend combination to optimize every print.

No metal pins, no oxidation, no wear: power, temperature control, and data are transferred via high-frequency contactless coupling. Tens of thousands of cycles with zero degradation.
Fully Automatic Inductive Nozzle Offset Calibration – < 25 µm Precision, Zero User Effort
No calibration plates, no manual steps. The printer measures every hotend position inductively and calibrates offsets to within 25 microns in minutes.
Zero Purge with 6 Filaments or Fewer – Absolute Efficiency
When your project uses 6 filaments or fewer, the purge cleaning cycle is completely eliminated. You print exactly the material you need — nothing more. On real models (6-color Geminaraptor, Blériot Rider, Bambu race car), the H2C often produces under 200 g of waste where traditional systems generate over 2 kg.

Multi-sensor closed-loop control on all heating elements

Unlike simple systems that toggle heaters on and off, the H2C employs multi-sensor closed-loop control on every heating element, including the nozzle, heatbed, and chamber. This sensor network continuously monitors the actual temperature in real-time, constantly cross-referencing it with the target setting. If any anomaly or drift is detected, the system instantly compensates or can initiate a controlled shutdown. This constant vigilance eliminates risks of thermal runaway, ensuring every heating process operates strictly within its safe and optimal parameters.

Full offline mode or secure cloud connectivity
The H2C provides complete control over connectivity to suit every need, from secure workshops to collaborative environments. For absolute network security and complete physical data isolation, the full offline mode enables entirely local operation. You can control the printer, send files, and update firmware without any internet connection. Conversely, for remote convenience and monitoring, secure cloud connectivity is available, allowing you to manage and monitor print jobs from anywhere via a dedicated app, all protected by modern security protocols.
