The Bambu Lab H2S meets the demand for a manufacturing platform with expanded capabilities without the complexity of a dual-nozzle setup. Its generous 340 x 320 x 340 mm³ build volume (the largest in the Bambu Lab lineup) allows you to realize ambitious projects in a single print, such as full-scale helmets, large functional prototypes, or batch production of smaller parts, reducing assembly time and potential weak points.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This capacity is supported by exceptional speed. With a toolhead speed of up to 1000 mm/s and acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², the H2S achieves print times up to 30% faster than previous models. This performance is enabled by Bambu Lab's proprietary PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) extrusion system, which delivers 67% more extrusion force (up to 10 kg) compared to traditional stepper motors, ensuring consistent flow even with demanding high-flow filaments.

The reliability of the H2S hinges on rigorous thermal control. An all-metal hotend reaching 350°C and an actively heated chamber at 65°C create an optimal environment for a wide range of engineering materials. From standard filaments like PLA and PETG to carbon or glass fiber reinforced composites (PAHT-CF, PA6-GF, PC, PPS), the H2S minimizes warping and improves layer adhesion for large, strong parts with consistent mechanical properties.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Unprecedented Motion Precision

 


For the first time in a machine of this category, the H2S offers an optional Vision Encoder. This technology achieves distance-independent motion accuracy under 50 μm, automatically compensating for mechanical wear and drift for consistent accuracy over time. Coupled with Auto Hole/Contour Compensation, which adjusts printing tolerances for machine-shop-level hole dimensions, this feature is ideal for creating critical assembly parts requiring a perfect fit without trial and error.

Digital Cutting Module: For precisely cutting vinyl, paper, PU leatherette, and other soft materials (up to 0.5 mm thick) using an integrated plotter.

 

Live Spatial Alignment: A BirdsEye camera (on the Combo version) and a toolhead camera allow previewing the toolpath with 0.3 mm accuracy directly on the material.

 

An intelligent ventilation system automatically adapts airflow based on the selected mode (high-temperature printing, low-temperature printing, or laser), ensuring optimal results and enhanced safety.

 

 

 

Robust Design and Complete Ecosystem

 

 

Built on a die-cast aluminum alloy chassis for maximum rigidity, the H2S is designed for durability. The Quick-Swap nozzle changes in seconds, tool-free.
