Advanced Extrusion for Reliable Performance

 

 

At the heart of the P2S is the PMSM servo extruder, offering 8.5 kg of extrusion force—a 70% increase over its predecessor. Equipped with DynaSense technology, it samples filament position and resistance at 20 kHz, detecting clogs or grinding in real time to ensure uninterrupted prints. The hardened steel nozzle and gears, paired with a quick-swap system, allow nozzle changes in approximately 30 seconds without disconnecting wires, making maintenance seamless and supporting durable operation with abrasive or flexible filaments like TPU and carbon fiber blends.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PMSM Servo Extruder:

 

The new precision servo extruder generates up to 70 % more extrusion force, ensuring smooth feeding for flexible or abrasive materials. Real-time DynaSense monitoring detects grinding, clogs, and inconsistencies for uninterrupted printing.

 

 

 

 

Optimized Airflow for Material Versatility

 

 

 

 

 

The P2S features an Adaptive Airflow System with a flap-controlled mechanism that toggles between external cold-air intake and internal heat retention. For low-temperature filaments like PLA, it draws cooler air to enhance overhang precision and prevent clogs. For engineering materials prone to warping, such as ABS, it seals heat within the chamber (up to 50°C without active heating) and filters air through a carbon element, maintaining print stability. This dual-mode system ensures consistent quality across diverse materials. 

 

 

 

 

Auto Flow Dynamics Calibration: Consistent Extrusion for Flawless Prints

 

 

 

 The Auto Flow Dynamics Calibration in the P2S employs a high-resolution, high-frequency eddy current pressure sensor to measure and adjust flow dynamics precisely. Intelligent algorithms analyze sensor data in real time, actively compensating for variations in flow rate to deliver uniform extrusion across every layer and corner of the print. This process occurs automatically before printing, ensuring optimal settings without manual intervention, and it integrates with active flowrate compensation to maintain stability during complex geometries or speed changes.

 

 

 

 

 

High-Speed Precision and Robust Design

 

 

With a maximum toolhead speed of 600 mm/s, acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², and hotend flow of 40 mm³/s, the P2S delivers rapid prints without sacrificing accuracy, as validated in internal tests. The heated bed, reaching up to 110°C, includes a textured PEI plate with optimized recognition, compatible with smooth PEI and other surfaces for versatile adhesion. The fully enclosed design, featuring shatter-safe glass, integrated lift handles, and a flat base plate, ensures durability, safety, and easy maintenance. At 392 × 406 × 478 mm (696 mm with AMS 2 Pro) and 14.9 kg, it balances compact footprint with robust functionality.

It improves stability, minimizing vibrations for accurate printing, even at high speeds. Its integrated lifting handles, molded into its chassis, simplify printer transport (14.9 kg, or 17.4 kg with AMS 2 Pro) thanks to an ergonomic, secure grip.
