The Bambu Lab X1 Carbon 3D printer is a revolutionary product for desktop FDM 3D printing. With a number of features, it is capable of printing multiple filaments of different materials simultaneously. This is due to the Automatic Material System (AMS) which ensures compatibility with multiple 3D printing materials. The robust components of this 3D printer ensure the printing of carbon fibre/glass reinforced polymers and also other demanding materials. This product features carbon fibre X and Y axes, hardened steel gears, a metal extruder capable of reaching temperatures of 300°C, an aluminium and fibreglass print plate with integrated activated carbon filtration. With its force sensor, the BambuLab X1 Carbon can compensate for build plate calibration by ensuring perfect Z-height and flow calibration using Lidar technology, usually equipped with a camera capable of detecting print failure.
