Featuring a powerful 3.5KW 220V spindle, equipped with an ER25 air-cooled collet, this milling machine offers an adjustable rotation speed from 6000 to 18000 rpm, allowing great flexibility in the choice of materials and applications. Speed adjustment directly from the DSP simplifies the work process and ensures precise control.

Worktable stability

The worktable of the CNC 6090 is a T-slot vacuum table, designed for manual clamping with clamps. This design guarantees solid clamping of materials and optimum stability throughout the machining process.

The DSP All control system, combined with a separate electrical control cabinet, provides a user-friendly, intuitive interface for operating the machine and adjusting machining parameters to specific project requirements. Movement precision

XYZ motorization is provided by 450B stepper motors, guaranteeing fast, precise movements on the X, Y and Z axes. Rack and pinion drives on the X and Y axes, and ball screws on the Z axis, ensure high stability and precise repeatability of movements.

Ease of use and cleaning

To simplify the calibration and initialization process, a tool probe is supplied, enabling the Z axis to be automatically reset from the DSP. What's more, the presence of a 2.2KW vacuum pump and a 3KW chip extractor (powered by 220V) ensures a clean and efficient working environment, effectively removing debris generated during the machining process.
