The DSP All control system, combined with a separate electrical control cabinet, provides a user-friendly, intuitive interface for operating the machine and adjusting machining parameters to specific project requirements. Movement precision
XYZ motorization is provided by 450B stepper motors, guaranteeing fast, precise movements on the X, Y and Z axes. Rack and pinion drives on the X and Y axes, and ball screws on the Z axis, ensure high stability and precise repeatability of movements.
Ease of use
To simplify the calibration and initialization process, a tool probe is supplied, enabling the Z axis to be automatically reset from the DSP. What's more, the presence of a 3KW chip extractor (powered by 220V) ensures a clean and efficient working environment, effectively removing debris generated during the machining process.
