The CR-Scan Raptor is equipped with innovative technology that combines blue laser and infrared to process small, medium and large objects, ranging in size from 5 x 5 x 5 mm3 to 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm3. This means it can meet the needs of a wide range of industrial sectors, from a screw to a face or a car.

The first scanner with multiple laser lines

The 7 parallel blue laser lines deliver precision down to 0.02 mm, capturing the smallest details for sharp, crisp contours. The 3D imaging camera has 2.3 million pixels.

Speed beyond belief

Scanning speed with blue light reaches 60 fps, and you get 20 fps with NIR. 

Simplified operation

The Raptor uses 3D point-matching imaging technology, so you don't have to position targets on your object - you can scan it directly.

Unique algorithm

The CR-Scan Raptor features a Face & Body mode which, thanks to its high-performance face and body algorithm, enables you to scan an entire person in just 2 minutes.

Anti-shaking

One-Shot 3D imaging technology compensates for shaking and prevents loss of image tracking. This makes scans easier and smoother.

Temperature compensation

This function improves temperature stability and therefore the accuracy of results.

High-performance design

Depth-of-field lenses are 20 mm in diameter, with less than 5% distortion. They are composed of 9 glass elements and are held in place by metal brackets. They cover both near and far distances, and work perfectly with excellent stability when subjected to high or low temperatures.

Versatility

The Raptor even scans metal or black objects without the need for matte spray. This is a very practical capability for car parts, for example.

Color scanning

12 circular textured LED lights enhance color vibrancy even in dark working environments, for the most faithful rendering of model hues and high-fidelity results.

Intuitive

A luminous ring indicates the unit's operating status in real time. Clear buttons make it easy to control the Raptor throughout operation.
