Motherboards are non-returnable.

Motherboards are sensitive components that can be damaged if not handled properly, leading to total failure of the component. Unfortunately, it happens more and more frequently that customers report such components to us as already defective, even though the error occurred during assembly. The most common faults are caused by insufficient static discharge and cracks in the contact points of the cable sockets. Therefore, make sure you handle the motherboard carefully and unload it beforehand, for example by touching a water tap or the bare metal on a heating valve.
