Elegoo Mercury Plus V3.0
2-in-1 Post-Processing with Expanded Capacity for Resin 3D Prints

The Elegoo Mercury Plus V3.0 is a compact 2-in-1 wash and cure station engineered for efficient post-processing of SLA, LCD, and DLP resin 3D prints. Measuring 302.5 × 302.5 × 412.5 mm with a net weight of 4.7 kg, it combines washing and UV curing in a single base unit, helping users manage larger prints or multiple parts without requiring separate equipment.
Expanded Volume and Throughput
The Mercury Plus V3.0 has been completely redesigned to offer a significantly larger working volume than the previous generation:
| | | | Washing capacity: 7.5 liters – an increase of 114% compared to V2.0 Curing volume increased by 460% | |
This allows you to process large parts (such as those from a Saturn 4) or multiple models at the same time, without having to repeat the cycles.
Deux modes de nettoyage pour une flexibilité maximale
The Mercury Plus V3.0 offers two practical cleaning modes within the same 7.5 L bucket:

Basket Mode (loose parts): Remove prints from the build plate and place them in the included cleaning basket. Maximum size: 230 × 135 × 260 mm. Suitable for individual pieces or multiple smaller models. | | Hanging Mode (with build plate): Attach the build plate (up to 10 inches) to the two adjustable brackets. Maximum size: 214 × 135 × 180 mm. Ideal for fragile or detailed prints that benefit from staying on the plate. |

High-Performance Washing Technology
Equipped with a next-generation POM (polyoxymethylene) bearing, the station provides smoother magnetic agitation and enhanced water vortexing. This ensures deep cleaning of intricate geometries and internal cavities while maintaining lower noise levels and higher durability compared to traditional motor setups.
360° Uniform UV Curing System
Curing is a critical step for the mechanical strength and dimensional stability of your parts. The Mercury Plus V3.0 features:

24 powerful UV lamps (wavelength 405 nm) A 360° rotating platform Reflective mirrors beneath the transparent platform Fresnel lenses for uniform light diffusion |
This unique combination ensures complete light refraction from top to bottom, including beneath the parts. No more poorly cured shadow areas.
Manufacturer's recommendation: For small models (diameter less than 30 mm), start with a curing time of 2 minutes. Increase the curing time for complex or large parts.
Clinical Safety & Ease of Use
UV-blocking lid: blocks 99.9% of ultraviolet rays, protecting your eyes during operation. Safety microswitch: instantly stops the curing process as soon as the lid is removed. Intuitive touch panel: adjust the wash or cure time from 0 to 30 minutes, in 30-second increments. Audible alert: signals the end of the cycle. | | |
Compatibility
The station is compatible with most LCD, DLP, and SLA resin 3D printers and is optimized for Elegoo models. For Jupiter series printers, remove the build plate before washing; refer to the maximum washing dimensions for other models to determine if plate removal is needed.

Important note for Jupiter users:
Since the print bed is too large, you must remove the parts and use basket mode.
Tips for Use for a Perfect Finish
Washing: Fill the basin with at least 95% isopropyl alcohol or water for water-washable resins. Select the mode (basket or hanging), set the time, and start.
Drying: Allow the parts to air dry completely before curing. Any trace of moisture can cause a white residue.
Curing: Place the dry parts on the turntable, close the UV-protective lid, and start the cycle.
Maintenance: Clean the agitator regularly if residue builds up. Let the wash solution settle for about 10 hours to separate the sediment before reusing it.
This station streamlines resin post-processing by delivering greater capacity, consistent cleaning, and uniform curing in one space-efficient device.
