FreeScan Combo + Geomagic Control X 

 

 

The FreeScan Combo is a lightweight and portable metrology 3D scanner equipped with two light sources – a blue laser and an infrared VCSEL. This innovative scanner features four distinct working modes: multi-line scanning, single-line scanning, fine scanning, and infrared scanning. This innovative combination of blue and infrared laser sources caters to a variety of industrial 3D scanning needs. The optimized lens angle and unique line design improve data capture, especially in deep cavities, ensuring comprehensive data for full-scale 3D inspection. This scanner offers metrology-grade accuracy, reaching as low as 0.02 mm (in laser scanning mode). 

 

Tailored for high-precision metrology, reverse engineering, additive manufacturing, and various scanning applications across multiple manufacturing sectors – including automotive, aerospace, rail, and medical industries– the FreeScan Combo sets a new standard in portable 3D scanning.
