The Intamsys Funmat 310 NEO 3D printer features an innovative Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system, which offers different print mode options such as dual material printing, mirror printing and duplication. With IDEX, you can explore new creative perspectives and create more complex designs.

 

The IDEX system integrates two separate nozzles, each with its own extruder, which operate independently. This means you can print with two different materials or colors at the same time, making it easy to create complex models and multi-component parts. The dual-nozzle system also enables mirror printing, where the two nozzles work in tandem to produce mirrored copies of the same model. What's more, you can use the duplication mode to reproduce an object in a single print, saving time and resources.

 

The Funmat 310 NEO printhead has a modular design, with a quick-change system for easy installation and replacement, as well as convenient maintenance. This modular design simplifies the workflow, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. What's more, the Funmat 310 is equipped with a dual-gear extruder. This extruder design offers a larger contact area between the filament and the drive gears, resulting in greater twisting power and increased reliability. The Funmat 310's printing chamber can reach a maximum temperature of 100°C, while the heating plate can reach a maximum temperature of 160°C. This printer can warm up quickly, thanks to its high power output.

 

The top quality thermal design reduces thermal deformation of the mechanisms and shortens model removal time when printing. This prevents warping and increases adhesion between layers. As a result, you can achieve more accurate, higher-quality prints.

 

The maximum temperature of the printer's nozzle is 300°C, enabling the use of a wide range of printing materials. The nozzle's high-power resistors ensure short heating times and a rapid rise in nozzle temperature.
