
Description
The FUNMAT PRO 410 3D printer is a large-format dual extrusion 3D printer of Intamsys. It allows you to make functional parts with high performance materials such as PEEK, ULTEM, PPSU, PEI, NYLON, and many others. This 3D printer offers an excellent resolution up to 50 microns and industiral level of quality. Advanced thermal system designed for this Funmat HT 3D printer includes a 90°C constant temperature chamber, 160°C heated build plate, and 500°C high-temperature extruder with all-metal hotend. A linear guide and a high performance motor ensure high speed and accuracy.
For optimum user comfort, the nozzles can be cleaned automatically, an 'absence of filament' warning system is included, statuses are signaled by a LED system and an internal camera allows you to watch the printing process, live!

Double high-temperature extruder
The double extrusion of Funmat Pro 410 allows you to print in 3D with two different materials including support filaments. The automatic cleaning station ensures that the nozzles are clean before each 3D printing.


Filament drying chamber
At the bottom of the printing chamber, the Funmat Pro 410 has a heated chamber dedicated to filaments. This chamber can maintain a temperature of 70 ° C to keep the filaments dry, and optimized for a better print result.


Smart Monitor & control
The Funmat Pro 410 combines all the features of a perfect 3D printer with industrial properties: USB and Wi-Fi connectivity, end-of-filament detection, large color touch screen, built-in camera, filament lock warning, detection of absence of filament and even of power interruption.


Automatic Printer Buildplate Calibration
For practical reasons and to improve the reliability of the machine, the Funmat Pro 410 automatically calibrates the buildplate.

Intamsuite software
The Intamsuite software is the pre-print preview software of the FDM Funmat Pro 410 3D printer.
It allows you to configure your 3D printing in just a few clicks,
through an intuitive menu in which you are guided throughout the process.
In its advanced version, the software allows you to set up any printing filament.
