Kimya TPC-ESD Filament 3D 

Kimya TPC-ESD 3D filament belongs to the thermoplastic copolyester family and is an elastomer. TPC is created by the copolymerization of two types of monomer: an ester (rigid segment) and an ether (flexible segment). Its "-ESD" formulation protects it from electrostatic discharge. This filament offers chemical and impact resistance, with a shore hardness of 91 A, and enables flexible and elastic parts to be printed. Used by manufacturers for connectors, sensors and measuring devices. Kimya TPC-ESD 3D filament is Electro Static Discharge, which means it protects against electrical discharges.

Recommendations

For optimum printing results, we recommend the following parameters: print speed 20/ 60 mm/s, platen temperature between 60 and 80°C and nozzle temperature between 240 and 260°C.

Store away from light, humidity and heat to maintain the properties of the product.
