Filament ABS LATTICE SERVICES 1,75/2,85 mm 500g

Lattice Services' ABS filament is a medical grade polymer made from high quality Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene [ABS]. Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is an amorphous, ivory-coloured, durable and rigid thermoplastic. This filament is made from ISO 10993-5 certified skin contact pellets, enabling the production of 3D parts such as surgical planning models and prototype skin contact devices and interfaces for patient monitoring. Supplied in 1.75 or 2.85mm diameter reels weighing 500g.

Recommandation

We recommend using enclosed 3D printers with a heating plate that can reach up to 100 degrees, and can accommodate 1.75mm or 2.85mm filament.

For best quality, we recommend printing Lattice Services ABS filament between 220°C and 240°C, at a speed of 20mm/s to 50mm/s and a heating plate between 100°C and 115°C.
