Filament LATTICE SERVICES PETG 1,75/2,85 mm 500g Clear

 

 

 

Lattice Services' PETG filament is a medical grade polymer composed of polyethylene glycol [PETG]. PETG is appreciated for its ease of use as well as for its chemical resistance. The PETG filament of Lattice Services is composed of granules respecting the ISO 10993-5 certification for the contact with the skin, it can thus be used to carry out prototypes of packaging of medical devices or prototypes of DM in contact with fluids (respirators, breathing tubes, aspiration...)

 

 

Recommandation

 

 

The PETG Medical Filament is compatible with most 3D printers equipped with a heating plate and can receive 2.85mm or 1.75mm filament.

For optimal quality, we recommend printing the PETG Filament from Lattice Services between 230°C and 250°C, at a speed of 40mm/s to 70mm/s and a heating plate between 75°C and 85°C.
