Description

Polycarbonate (PC) is one of the most advanced industrial thermoplastics, which is durable, extremely strong, and firm. The filament of this material can absorb shock, avoid cracking and deformation, and also maintain its stability at high temperatures and flames. Due to its high heat resistance (up to 110°C), this filament material performs well in high-temperature environments. Also known for its impact resistance, it is commonly used for rigid part production, functional testing, finished part assembly, and manufacturing. PC printed parts have been successfully used in manufacturing applications with or without post-finishing. Raise3D Premium PC Filament is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

Recommendations

  • For best quality, we recommend printing Raise3D PC filament between 250 ℃ - 270 ℃, at a speed of 25mm/s - 90mm/s and a hot plate between 90℃ - 110℃.
  • To avoid possible deformation or plate separation (warping), we recommend using an adhesive accessory as well as a closed printing chamber (ideal internal temperature of 70-80°C).
