At the core of the Pro3 HS is a complete re-engineering of the motion system. Unlike standard systems, it features closed-loop stepper motors that actively monitor positioning, eliminating the risk of layer shifting during high-speed movements. This is complemented by a high-flow hot end and advanced vibration reduction algorithms, allowing sustained print speeds of 200 to 300 mm/s with Hyper Core materials.

 

This high-speed capability does not compromise precision. The machine maintains a positional accuracy with a step size of 0.78125 microns, ensuring that even complex geometries and functional prototypes are produced with exacting detail.

 

 

 

Industrial-Grade Hardware for Uninterrupted Production

 

 

 

 

The Pro3 HS is built for 24/7 operation. It utilizes a dual-head system with electronic lifting, ensuring that the inactive nozzle retracts to prevent oozing and material contamination during multi-material prints. The quick-release hot end system allows for a nozzle swap in under one minute, minimizing downtime when switching between standard and abrasive composite materials like carbon fiber or glass fiber. 

 

 

 

Automated Filament Management is a key feature for production environments. The printer supports auto filament switching. When the primary spool runs out, the second extruder automatically takes over from a secondary spool. When paired with the optional external 2.5 kg material boxes, the system can operate continuously for up to 120 hours with a total of 5 kg of material.

 

 

 

Advanced Thermal Management and Material Versatility

 

 

 

The build environment is optimized for high-performance thermoplastics. The flexible steel build plate is 1 mm thinner than previous generations, allowing it to reach 100°C two minutes faster. It offers a stronger magnetic hold to significantly reduce warping—a critical factor when printing with materials like ABS CF or Polycarbonate.

 

 

 

 

 

The Pro3 HS is equipped with a silicon carbide (SiC) nozzle (included with purchase) capable of reaching 320°C. This allows for the processing of a wide range of materials:

 

 

Hyper Core: ABS CF15, PPA CF25, PPA GF25 for high-speed, high-strength applications.

 

Industrial: PPA, PET, and Nylon-based composites.

 

Premium: ABS, ASA, PC, TPU, and PLA.

 

 

 

 

An integrated RFID sensor reads material parameters from compatible spools, automatically applying the correct slicing templates to prevent operator errors.

 

 

 

 

 

Integrated Ecosystem: ideaMaker and RaiseCloud

 


The hardware is supported by a comprehensive software suite. ideaMaker is the included slicing software, offering specialized templates for Hyper FFF and composite materials. It provides volumetric flow alerts to ensure the high-speed settings remain within safe operational limits.

 

 

 

 

 

For fleet management, the RaiseCloud platform enables remote monitoring via an integrated HD camera, job queuing, and data analysis. The EVE Smart Assistant provides on-device guidance for calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, reducing the need for external technical support.
