Water-dissolvable support material
The Zortrax Inventure is a 3D printer equipped with an innovative latest generation extrusion head containing 2 extrusion nozzles. With the first nozzle, 3D print the model in different materials (Z-PLA, Z-ULTRAT Plus, Z-PETG ou Z-SEMIFLEX). With the second nozzle, 3D print with Z-SUPPORT filaments (dissolvable in water). Many uses are possible: make parts containing mechanisms in one go, models whose supports are too complex or too many (example: multi-storey architect models). Once the printing is complete, simply drop it in the Zortrax DSS dissolving station for a few hours to see the supports completely disappear and recover a finished part.
Detection of the type of filament used
The filaments for Zortrax Inventure are delivered in smart cartridges that inform you of the type of filament inside and tell you if it will run out.

With its double extruders, you can 3D print complex parts with flawless design results, crack or deformation.
Zortrax DSS Station
Zortrax's DSS Station is an easy-to-use device for automatically removing water-soluble support material. Just install it, fill it with water, place the model and remove it without support after only a few hours. Designed to work with the Z-SUPPORT Premium material, the Zortrax DSS Station is also compatible with all water-soluble filaments in the market.

Intelligently designed
The build platform is practically sealed off from the surrounding environment to ensure tightly controlled 3D printing conditions. With a HEPA filter, it captures over 99% of 3D printing emissions, including fine particles less than 100 nm in diameter. Finally, 3D printing filaments for Zortrax Inventure come in smart cartridges that inform you about the type of filament inside and whether it's about to run out.
Software Z-Suite 2
The Zortrax Inventure works with the Z-Suite slicing software. It will allow you to configure your stl files simply and launch your printing in a few clicks thanks to the use of the options proposed by default. You'll be able to go even further through a range of advanced options, including pause programming, intelligent media management, and remote management of your machine.
