How the galvo laser in SLS works
Unlike the XY laser, the laser module doesn’t move during the printing. The beam is directed onto a system of mirrors, pointing it in different directions by changing its configuration. Compared to XY laser, the Galvo used in Sinterit’s Lisa X enables it to print much faster. And with shorter printing time, the powder refresh ratio can be lowered.

There are 32 parameters that you can use to modify printout properties, do research or create profiles for third-party materials.
During the printing process you will have control over: 1) Printing temperature 2) Warmup and Cooldown 3) Laser power 4) Laser movement, and 5) Model scale.
Open to experiment with powders, especially for creating new personal profiles for Sinterit materials. Moreover, we give you the possibility to test third-party materials, also those that oxidize quickly (thanks to inert gas control system).
The parts printed on Sinterit are above all prototypes to validate
shapes, dimensions, or simply a concept. They still apply in many areas.
