335 x 335 x 350 mm is the right build chamber dimension for industrial customers. The 3D printer is equipped with a double-sided reversible bed. Made of glass, the first side is preferred for making 3D prints without rafting, and obtaining a perfectly smooth first layer of printing. The second side is a perforated tray. Greatly increasing the adhesion of printed models, it is ideal for 3D printing large geometric parts printed in heat-sensitive ABS-based plastic filament.

The UP350D comes with a high temperature extruder supporting more industrial filaments. The new calibration mechanism is based on the concept of load balancing. Calibration requires no human intervention, which is easy to use and accurate too.

The Up Studio 3.0 software is a slicer developed especially for Tiertime machines. It supports dual and single material 3D printing intuitively. This state-of-the-art software offers granular control of print settings at all possible levels. Within a single print job, multiple models can be printed with different settings. Each model can thus have designated sections with their own parameters. You can also use basic mode for a plug & play experience.

In case of clogging, the current print job will be interrupted for the protection of the model and the extruder. Once the clog is repaired, the print job will resume.

The UP 350D 3D printer from Tiertime includes the double air filtration system specially designed for its large printing chamber. The air is filtered by HEPA filters and separate activated carbon filters which help to drastically reduce toxic emissions. HEPA filters promise 99.95% efficient filtration for ultrafine particles.

The Tiertime dryer helps maintain a pure material state by removing draft-induced moisture prior to 3D printing or unsealed storage. It has a capacity of two coils, a 48-hour timer, and an adjustable temperature range of 35 ° C to 75 ° C.
