Description

The Zortrax M300 Dual is a desktop 3D FDM dual extrusion Plug&play printer capable of 3D printing large objects of 265 x 265 x 300 mm. Due to its double extrusion capacity, it can simultaneously 3D print plastic filament with water-soluble filament, to achieve the most complex functional parts requiring many supports, with good accuracy of 150 microns. With its cutting edge technology, the Zortrax M300 Dual 3D printer is equipped with advanced filament control, that automatically pauses the print when the filaments are jammed, run out, or when the nozzle gets clogged.

It can detect a power outage and resume the printing from the same spot when the power is restored.

It also has an interchangeable glass or perforated printing trays with automatic calibration, USB and WIFI connectivity, a large color touch screen, an integrated camera, and an improved cooling system of the extruder. Finally, its Z-Suite 2 slicing software allows you to configure 3D files in just a few clicks!

Industrial quality double extrusion

The Zortrax M300 Dual works with LPD Plus technology that allows 3D printing in double extrusion mode with water-soluble support material. It can simultaneously print basic filaments (ABS, HIPS, Nylon etc.) and supports, allowing large parts to be made with complex internal geometries. Soluble support filaments can be easily removed by rinsing with water. The Z-SUPPORT Premium filament dissolves quickly and leaves no trace on the pattern.

Optimal reliability system

Blackout response system

The M300 Dual has a print resume system when there is an unexpected power outage. It automatically saves the exact position of the extrusion chamber so that printing can be resumed at the same location.

Automatic pause if necessary

The M300 Dual is able to detect when the loaded filament is exhausted, jammed or the nozzle is clogged and will automatically pause. With the screen that displays the message, you will be prompted to reload the filament or unclog the nozzle then resume printing.

Plug & Play 3D printer

The range of Zortrax 3D printers is already widely recognized for its Plug & Play character. The M300 Dual is also an easy-to-use and connected 3D printer. A few minutes are enough to launch these prints, whether by WIFI, USB key or Ethernet. Z-SUITE 2 supports 3D printing without a raft when using a glass tray. After defining the parameters for your print, the software automatically forms a border around the model in order to print the part without a raft.

Step 1   Design models in all types of CAD software which support the export of .stl and .obj files or simply download them from many websites.		Step 2   Z-SUITE 2 can send an already preprocessed model to one or more of your printers via a Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
Step 3   The water-soluble support filaments can be easily removed by rinsing. The dedicated Z-SUPPORT Premium filament dissolves quickly and leaves no trace on the model.
