Bed temp120-160°C
Bed prepUltem® tape, polyamide tape, lightly sanded FR4, or perforated plate.
CoolingNo fan cooling
Printed speedPrinting speed of 30 mm/s (starting point).
heated enclosure All high-temperature materials print best in a heated enclosure or in a warm environment.  The temperature of the enclosure should not exceed 185°C to keep the HTS structurally sound as support.
Supports removalThis is a detachable substrate that is NOT soluble.  It is best to remove the stand when the room is hot.  If the workpiece cools down and the removal of the support becomes difficult, you can then heat the workpiece in a small furnace for 30-45 minutes; removal will then be much easier.  The temperature in the printer chamber or furnace must not exceed the Tg of the material of the model with which you are printing.
