Silk PLA filament with Bambu Lab spool

Bambu PLA Silk offers a silky, high-gloss appearance that adds a luxurious look to your prints while retaining the ease of use of PLA. Unlike other silk filaments, Bambu PLA Silk has been reinforced and demonstrates greater resistance to breaking during AMS printing. It's ideal for decorations, art projects, 3D character models or any part you want to make shinier.

Increased toughness and AMS compatibility

Compared with ordinary PLA silk, Bambu PLA silk has been reinforced and offers greater resistance to breakage during AMS printing.

Controllable gloss

The printing temperature and speed control the gloss of the model printed with Silk material. To obtain a glossier finish, we recommend increasing the printing temperature and/or reducing the speed.

RFID for intelligent printing

All the printing parameters are integrated into the RFID, which can be read via our AMS (Automatic Material System).
