Description

 

INTAMSYS SP5000 is a support filament designed for use with high temperature modelling materials such as PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, ULTEM™9085, ULTEM™1010, PPSU, etc. The material retains its rigidity during printing and softens after being immersed in ethyl acetate solvent, allowing for easy removal.

​ Recommended conditions of use 

​

  • The temperature of the nozzle should be between 260 and 320°C maximum

 

  • The Intamsys SP5000 support filament is specifically designed to support PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF filaments. It can also be used for PEKK, ULTEM1010 and PPSU

 

  • To remove the Intamsys SP5000 backing material, allow your print to soak in ethyl acetate solvent for more than 24 hours, then manually peel it off.

 

  • This support filament has been designed for use with the Intamsys Funmat pro 410 3D printer
