Smart drying technology
The heating temperature can reach 120°C, which facilitates the drying of the filaments which have absorbed moisture and restores the properties of the filaments.
Reusable, economical and environmentally friendly desiccant
When the desiccant absorbs moisture and reaches saturation, the system automatically starts the regeneration mode and the moisture in the desiccant is blown out by hot air circulation. Thus, the desiccant can be reused for 1 year.
Smart dry storage
The silica gel desiccant placed inside ensures long-term storage of the filaments in a dry environment.
Large drawer type storage space
It can accommodate 6 rolls of 1 kg filament or 2 rolls of 2.5 kg filament.
Comparison of the quality of the printed models
Hygroscopicity, the tendency to absorb moisture, is a great enemy of 3D printing.
Even a low percentage of moisture will negatively impact the properties of most carbon fiber filaments, fiberglass filaments, and other materials. Printing with wet filaments will not only cause surface quality defects, but will also destroy material properties, resulting in failure to meet end application requirements. The importance of proper storage and drying of materials is obvious.
