Through Graphy's own research and development efforts, they have created TC-80DP, the first material globally that can replace the existing material, zirconia.

TC-80DP, a dental material designed for permanent prosthetics, is currently undergoing real clinical trials, and its effectiveness has already been demonstrated in numerous clinical cases worldwide.

Advantages

Tera Harz TC-80DP, the permanent material for dental prosthetics such as crowns and bridges, exhibits exceptional strength, reaching 350 MPa in the Bi-axial Flexural Strength test (ISO 6872 standard), surpassing the strength of prosthetic materials from other companies. It is the latest 3D printable photopolymer material for permanent dental prosthetics, enabling the direct printing of customized dental crowns and bridges for each patient in the clinic, ensuring efficient treatment.

This biocompatible material has obtained global medical device certifications such as CE and FDA, and it is already in use in prosthetic treatments.

Dentists can easily print various prosthetics, including permanent crowns, bridges, as well as inlays and onlays, using TC-80DP for same-day treatment.
