Graphy Resin TFDH

The production process for conventional Flexible Dentures was highly complex and demanded a considerable amount of time and effort. Various types of materials were used, and equipping the facilities incurred significant costs.

TFDH resin was developed to overcome these challenges.

TFDH resin can be conveniently designed using 3D printing and applied to patients immediately after printing the Flexible Denture.

This innovation not only saves time and reduces costs but also prevents errors in the manufacturing process through process simplification. Thus, it is a material capable of producing more accurate products.

Advantages

Tera Harz TFDH is the world's first 3D printable biocompatible material for Flexible Dentures. This material boasts high elasticity, superior flexural strength, and greater elongation compared to conventional thermoforming resin, making it resilient to external shocks.

While high elongation alone could result in a texture that is too soft and weak, Tera Harz TFDH is both soft and robust, with high elasticity. This characteristic ensures a reliable retention of supporting teeth in the critical clasp area of the flexible denture, without the inconveniences associated with resorption. It reduces production time by enabling the design and 3D printing of flexible dentures based on 3D scanned oral conditions of patients, eliminating the need for complex existing manufacturing processes and providing unparalleled accuracy compared to traditional methods.

When denture teeth are printed using Graphy TC-80DP and combined with a Denture Base using Graphy resins, they can be securely fixed through perfect chemical bonding, avoiding the mechanical bonding process used in conventional methods. This approach prevents the artificial teeth from splitting from the denture base, a common issue in existing methods.
