Graphy Resin THD

Conventional dental prosthesis production systems required a significant amount of time and effort due to the complexity of the manufacturing process. Additionally, their cost was high due to the variety of materials consumed. The THD resin was specifically developed to address these issues. This THD resin can be easily designed using 3D printing and applied to patients immediately after printing the dental prosthesis base.

By simplifying the process, it saves time and money while preventing manufacturing errors. Thus, it is a material capable of producing more precise dental prostheses.

Characteristics and Advantages

Tera Harz THD drastically simplifies the conventional process of manufacturing dentures. It used to take several days to provide the final products to the patients, but when using the Tera Harz THD, the time can be greatly reduced, even allowing for same-day production. The Denture Base designed and printed based on 3D scanned patient oral condition has an accuracy which is incomparable to the existing method.

THD is a biocompatible dental Denture Base material with high flexural strength, tensile strength and impact strength, and the shrinkage is significantly lower than the existing Denture Base material.

If the denture teeth are also produced using Graphy TC-80DP and combined with Graphy resin Denture Base, it can be firmly bonded with perfect chemical bonding without the mechanical bonding process used in conventional methods. This can prevent the artificial teeth splitting from the denture base, which used to occur in existing methods.
