Kimya PC-FR Filament 1.75mm Light Grey

 

 

Kimya PC-FR is an amorphous thermoplastic that combines the advantages of polycarbonate with the flame retardant properties linked to the formulation. This moisture sensitive filament has good dimensional stability, a wide operating temperature range (-80 to 105°C) with a high Tg and good impact resistance. All these properties make it suitable for a variety of demanding applications such as the production of parts in the railway and automotive sectors as well as in the electrical and electronic fields.

The Kimya PC-FR 3D filament features the following characteristics:

 

  • Good dimensional stability
  • Wide operating temperature range (-80 to 105°C)
  • Flame retardant – EN45545 certified 
  • HL3 according to R26 requirements (FDM part thicknesses tested in 1 and 5mm)
  • HL3 according to R22, R23 and R24 requirements (FDM part thicknesses tested in 1.5 and 3mm)
  • HL3 according to requirements R1, R2, R3 and R6 (FDM part thickness tested in 10mm)
  • HL3 according to requirements R1, R2, R3, R6, R7 and R17 (FDM part thickness tested in 3mm)
  • HL2 according to R7 and R17 requirements (FDM part thickness tested in 10mm)
  • Complies with REACH regulation and RoHS directive
